Introduction to this handbook
This weightlifting handbook aims to help athletes get a better understanding of what is important to get better at weightlifting and how to keep improving. It is partly here to educate, but just as much to remind you how important it is to keep educating yourself and being curious.
It is not a book about weightlifting technique, but rather all the things around it that can affect how you perform.
The book also aims to be useful as a reference for things to remember for competition but also general things you need to be aware of as a competitive weightlifter such as anti doping rules.
The book is divided into five main sections:

the training session
the competition
wiki / good to know / things you didn't know you didn't know
